I am constantly amazed to discover that some of the most beautiful locations in the world are some of the most underrated or unadvertised. Pictured Rock National Lakeshore, stretching from Munising to Grand Marais, Michigan is a perfect example of this idea.
I grew up the oldest son of two parents who LOVE to travel. My father's job as an expert in world soils gave him opportunities to travel for several weeks at a time nearly every summer that I can remember.
