We left Boothbay Harbor, Maine this morning and drove 2-1/2 hours to Bar Harbor, Maine, traveling along the coast most of the way. We had lunch in the restaurant/shops area of Bar Harbor, and then walked around the town.

We then drove around the island on the outside of Arcadia National Park, to Northeast Harbor, Bass Harbor, and Pretty Marsh. We arrived at the campground around 5:00 pm.

The plan is to hike in Arcadia National Park tomorrow, and spend another night at the campground. This will likely be the farthest northeast that we will hit on this trip. We start heading towards home after tomorrow, but won't be back in Richmond until a week from Monday or Tuesday.
