Breakfast
Scrambled egg, brioche toast with cheddar cheese slice, cantaloupe, and grapes. We woke up to the sound of rain this morning. Shelley prepared some coffee and tea for us (I’m still enjoying the “Chock full o’ Nuts” I bought in Middleborough that first day.
Time now to fix up some breakfast and review the maps. Maybe walk over and grab a shower.
The weather was really unsuitable for anything today except for a fine day to ‘stay in’. Other than the odd walk to the little store here for some change for the shower, and to do some laundry.
I crawled up into the crawl space above the driver’s area and took a nap (two hours!) and Shelley ‘n Maggie slept on the bed and watched Simpsons!
We’ve opened up the bar, and I’m trying out a small bottle of Jameson’s Black Barrel with Shelley enjoying some coveted Woodbridge red.
Laundry done. $4.00 to wash and $1.00 for 20 mins to dry. Shelley hung some of the laundry up in the RV since it was raining outside.
We watched a couple of DVD movies (Father Figures and Invisible Man). We enjoyed our drinks along with microwave popcorn and snacks. Supper was sausages on the
RV coffee
Chock full o’ Nuts, my Timmie’s travel mug and coffee maker! BBQ with roasted onions, peppers, and Brussels sprouts.
All tucked in now and off to bed.
