We headed down I-55 to I-12 to I-10 in Baton Rouge, LA. We crossed the Mississippi River at Baton Rouge. We've had rain off and on.

We crossed the long bridge over the Atchafalaya Basin. The bridge was 8 or 9 miles long. The Atchafalaya basin, comprised of 595,000 acres, is America's largest river swamp. The terrain varied from moist forest to swamps, to lakes.

We've stopped for the night at the V RV park in Vinton, LA. It was 74 degrees and sunny when we set up, but is supposed to get into the 30's tonight. We're heading out to eat Cajun food for supper.
