1. Are there any ideas written in either Declaration that you would argue are still difficult to fulfill in reality?

I say yes because not everything is perfect. By that being said, when one thing is fixed another problem about a situation will occur. There's constant debate about the Declaration.

2. Is violence ever justifiable for making a point or having your opinion heard?

I say that it is Justifiable. Reason behind that is because no on will ever listen to you when they are constantly cutting you off. Soon people will get tired of it and retaliate. Its my way or its my way shouldn't be the options that are available. On the other hand, I say that violence is not justifiable because people should learn how to use their words instead of weapons to be heard. By that being said people should not use violence because violence could lead to other problems and more problems is not what people need to worry about.
