This is a little extra to the ideas to RHILA 23

I would like to include that government should stand by on what they say for their agreement with the Native Americans. This deal could be called off if the US tell them on how whales' population and that will cause a bigger lose to them because now there would be no whales at all. This could change the deal and the US could offer something else instead of land that is need to the Native Americans such as other resources. The government however should not call off the deal of whale hunting and not give anything back to the Natives because it is unfair and goes against what the US Government stands by.
