1. Piracy does exist in the modern world. People are taken hostage by pirates and many sailors are also stolen from at ransom.

2. Authorities are trying to create a Maritime Police Force; however, it won't be easy.

3. I think that piracy is never justifiable. The reason being is because it causes war and a lot of problems. Especially when steeling from another person or country.
