1. piracy still exist because there are pirates in Somali that hijacked hundreds of ships and from that they make their money. Somali pirates were now costing the world more than 5 billion each year.

2.authorities are trying to combat this pirates by having Navy commando and they help by sight. i think there arre other solutions and they are by having a buttom the send a signal to navy or anybody for some help.

3.no i dont think their justifiabble because they are stealing other people's wealth and makes it illegal like stealing anything in ground.
