Just a quickie tonight, as we were on the road from 8:30 this morning to 7:30 tonight, spending most of the day in the Park, then riding all the way to Idaho Falls for the evening. A detailed narrative about our highs and lows today will appear in tomorrow's blog (Oh dear, one of those blogs. Better get comfy!). But for now, more new photos of today's discoveries and this summary. Night all! Sign us the bushwacked bikers.

T hunderstorm 30 seconds after exiting Old Faithful. Soaked through!
O nce again, donning rain gear too late.
N o bears today.
E very parking lot jammed. With buses, bikes, cars and people.
N ot as much fun with the crowds, traipsing around like
cattle.
A lot of hot, tired, grumpy tourists all around us.
T uesday two-fer permit special? Park twice as busy as yesterday.
I mbeciles following too close behind Ian. Several expletives heard through my headset.
O ld Faithful last straw. Read tomorrow's blog for our own version of a vent.

A lmost left Ron's bottle of expensive wine in the parking lot.
L oved the fumaroles, and painted pots. Personal favourites.

R oads in disrepair in a lot of sections. Roadworks today: NIL
K eep away from the wildlife. They are dangerous.
