Hi again! I'm back from my mini-vacation visiting Kyle in Denver. It was so much fun! We relaxed, explored some cool sites, and ate a whole lot o' food. If anyone watches Man vs. Food , you might recognize a few of the spots in which we dined. (Kyle and I might be a little obsessed with the show). The Buckhorn Exchange

One of the oldest restaurants in Denver... where you'll find lots of (once) wild animals... and can order some pretty wild things to eat.

Known for the wide variety of toppings you can get on your burger including cream cheese and green chiles.

pretty much heaven on earth. Somehow we managed room for dessert after an entire Mexican meal!

Luckily this guy offered me bus back to Hawaii with him...

or I might still be in Boulder :)
