Well. I expected the entry for today to be:

Tom Tucker: What are we doing today, Ollie?
Ollie: WE'RE DRIVING!!
Tom Tucker: Thanks Ollie.

However, that was the furthest thing from what actually happened (there might be a few people who get the Family Guy reference). We left Santa Fe this morning around 7:00am and drove to Denver where we went to a Room and Board so we could sit on couches.

From there we decided, spur of the moment, to drive out to Boulder out on 119 up to 72, then 7 up to Estes Park, which could be considered one of the most beautiful places in the U.S. We ate trout. Then we left and headed out to Cheyenne, WY for the night.

Here's the route we took.

So, while we were expecting a long, boring drive from Santa Fe to Cheyenne it turned out to be a really good drive. 13 hours, but a good 13 hours.
