Day 2 Three Rivers to PCH

So we made it to Santa Monica. The weather was disappointing very hazy. I felt bad for Terry as he had never been here before. Anyway got some pics, ate lunc and headed N on PCH to Ventura to our hotel for the night. It was cool to ride the hwy, I remebered SM and Malibi. We stopped along the hwy to play with camera and get some pics of the coast, got to see some kids sand boarding and saw a dog playing on the beach ( so cool how pet friendly CA is. We finally made it to our hotel. Not bad for a hundred bucks. The best part was an unexpected happy hour. I'm still sipping my wine. I needed it to after the lonng drive and Terry almost passing out or whatever was going on with him. Anyway, funny story about hotel it said it was on the east side of 1, it negelected to say 2 overpasses and a train track blocked our view of the ocean. A;; is well, just needed a night to ccrash which is what I am about to do. Breakfast in the AM an another full day ahead.
