Packing for the journeyPacking for the journeyPacking for the journey

The question is how do you overpack and still only use one suitcase......It can be done!
It's the day before departure. I feel like a kid in a candy store. Tom and I have traveled to Europe many times before but this time it feels different. This time we are going to be chauffered everywhere from the moment our third plane for the day touches down in Prague, our first stop on this amazing adventure. No rental cars, no trains no maps to see how to get from point A to point B. The plane lands, someone sees our shiny red Viking sticker and we are whisked away to our newest exciting adventure. 3 days in Prague, followed by an 8 day river cruise on the beautiful blue Danue and after that we end this wonderful trip in Paris.....we know what to do in Paris and we've already made our reservations at our 2 favorite restaurants, Chez Andre and La Grande Colbert.

I'm sure there will be challenges to overcome, the first one being what to pack. I offer for your review my intended wardrobe. 5 dresses, 4 long pants, 4 pairs of shorts, 15 blouses, 2 skirts. I haven't even considered shoes. Sweaters and scarves are a must for Paris. Toiletries, brushes and many other creature comforts. Tom says he's packing light and I think that's great, mostly because I'm hoping he'll take on my overflow.....

Okay this is it and we are very soon on our way, 7 flights, 6 countries in 15 days, and you our beloved family and friends are coming along for the ride. Fasten your seatbelts and let's go explore our world.
