Sunday morning afore noon - apologies to Johnny Cash.
Bo blog or pix with this one - this was definitely a recovery morning form blogging all night and not enuf sleep on (at least) the 2 or 3 previous nights. This is lo-fat milk then, no cream.

I have to check out from the Courtyard Marriott in downtown Oakland in 20 mins so this is brief. Hopped off the train from Sacramento here - and struggled to find a hotel at all (long story - later) but lobbed here, $109 + tax more than I wanted to pay but I had spent a hot hour slogging ard the streets here and did not want to go further. If I stayed here tonite Sunday (nothing much in Oakland but, but this area here is in Chinatown which at least has food and market shops) it would be $179. So have organised my last 4 nights on the right side of the Bay in Civic Centre - at only about $65 + tax thru Booking.com - I recommend them for prices and fact that you do not have to pay them, but the hotel when you arrive - unless you do not show at all.

Best pack and be off up the road to Berkeley to investigate some rad coffee & revolution baybee coffee shops before relocating via BART to "the other side". See ya.

Hi Mike, Good fortune at Berkeley, some radical history there, was that the campus they were fired on in the Viet Nam war protest? Not far out I think! Huddo.
