When we got to muir woods they had stuffed animals all over the place.
Today we stopped at Muir woods and saw a lot of stuffed animals when we got there. Also when we got there it was migratory bird day and we got to make masks of a bird. We also went into the forest and saw the tallest trees in the world, the redwood trees. I have seen the tallest trees but not the biggest trees. Bailey has seen both. We also found a log that had a hole in it and at the end of it was a little fence so you would not fall out. I took some pictures of John, and Bailey, and John and Sue also took a pictures of someone in the log. After a little bit of that we went to a little store thing and bought a snack I had a chocolate chip muffin and Sue, and Bailey had a brownie. After that we went back to the place where we made the masks for the Jr. Birder program thing. For the Jr Birder thing you would go around with a ranger and look at kinds of birds and then after about ten minutes of that he awarded every one who was doing it a Jr Birder

patch. After that we were going to go on the road again, but Bailey said that it was really important to her that see wants to see the spotted owl that was going to be shown in about a half hour, and that she was having fun here. So we made up a deal that we would stay to see the owl and not be able to stop on the road as much if we did that and she said that she was able to make that sacrifice. After seeing the spotted owl we were on the road again.
