After 12 hours of snores and movies in a 3 inch screen. I have finally set foot on LAX airport at 2:25pm. Greeted by Cora, a church family from Orange County, we made our way towards Downtown LA. First stop was The Getty Museum. (I know...I wasn't able to set foot into my apartment until 7pm at night!) The Museum was rewarding, given that it was free and had amazing architectural pleasure and scenery. Also got to hang out with Cora more so that was cool (she ended up being the biggest help throughout my attempt to settling into LA). Nevertheless, I was exhausted as one could imagine.

The Getty Museum

Opened on December 16, 1997, it is owned and operated by the J. Paul Getty Trust. The museum collects and exhibits classical sculpture and art, European paintings, drawings, manuscripts, sculpture, decorative arts, and photographs. In respect to Getty's collecting intentions, the museum does not generally collect 20th or 21st century art, with the exception of photography. (source: Wikipedia)
