Santa Monica

So when I said it was hot yesterday, turns out it was about 40 degrees. So I wasnt just being my normal complaining about the sun self.

Anywho, today we went to Santa Monica beach and had an awesome time walking around. Its amazing how many people are there - its Labor Day here so everyone went to the beach apparently. We walked up to the pier and then walked all the way back down through Venice Beach. Watched some awesome street performers break dancing. One guy ran and flipped over 6 people (who were leaning down). T'was good stuff.

So we basically did nothing but walk, sit, drink water then walk some more. I think we are heading back there on Wednesday and might hire a bike to ride around on. Shouldnt be as busy as today which will be nice.

Tomorrow we are off to Disneyland (abbey convinced me) . Its gonna be a long day as we leave at 9am and leave Disneyland at 10pm.

Well thats it for today...pretty boring to read about, but it was a nice relaxing day. Now we are gonna book tickets to fly to Vegas - it was that or an 8 hour drive. Bugger that through the desert.

Drive through the desert!!! Instantly think of the movie the hills have eyes. Sounds wicked guys. Bring on the photos!!! Have fun in Disney land, now come on Jono disney land has to be done. It's actuall against the law to go to the states and not to disney land (may be a false statement).
