Greetings from Glendale in Los Angeles, California, USA

We have had a pleasant week in LA, mainly involved with Young Ok's family and their wedding preparations. Young Ok's nephew, John, is getting married tomorrow. We did manage an excursion to Palm Springs and then through Josuah Tree National Park, which was a very interesting visit to some of the desert country. At times it felt that we were on a western movie set.
Matthew joined us today from Korea, after a week in Dubai/Abu Dhabi with his work.
