Map Notes:

We arrived yesterday morning in Mazunte...

a beautiful small town (one might call it a village) with an amazing beach and killer waves (probably around 3m). We relaxed for the day, didnt do anything for once, but started feeling the sore muscles from the past extreme-climbing-week even more.

The pacific ocean is beautiful, stunning, absolutly breathtaking. We slept in a hostel right at the beach... In the evening we went out for a drink, in a small bar live-music was played and everyone was so relaxed in this town. People were as helpful as always. As currently it is an off season the place seems really deserted but this makes it even more beautifull! It was such a perfect opportunity to just relax and forget about everything! But the next day we managed to find a place that showed football game Poland vs. Greece :) shame they didnt win but keep our fingers crossed for the next game!!!

We are back on our schedule and already in Pochutla waiting for our bus to San Cristobal de las Casas, the busride will take us 12 hours... but as mentioned before, in those first class buses one can live forever, its amazing, so we are looking forward to it :)

Pictures will follow soon, here we are glad to have found an internet connection, as they didnt have any phone-lines or similar after the destruction through the hurricanes a few years ago.

Hugs and kisses,

US :)
