Our days consist mainly of walking the beach, wandering around town for supplies and snacks, spending lots of time at our favourite eating places, playing afternoon volleyball, hanging around the pool, and making small trips to all the other little beach towns close by. The other Nayarit beach places besides Lo de Marcos are San Francisco (San Pancho), Rincon de Guayabitos, La Penita, Sayulita, and Chacala.

Wow! Great shopping!
Can't wait to shop for a few of those cactus chairs! ( Guayabitos?) Seriously, thanks for sharing your photos of Lo de Marcos. I plan to spend a couple of days there, early July 2008. Do you know if we can walk/hike to the next couple of beaches to the south? (Minitas; Los Venados) From the Google map it looks like there are rocks blocking the way.
