Mexico City is crazy!!!!

... and full of sun, colours and chillies.

It is our second day in Mexico City but it feels as if we have been here for at least two weeks!

Starting with our arrival at the airport we have appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the locals... Otherwise we would probably still be sitting at the airport 😊 To summarise: the route which would normally take 30min took us three hours to finally get to our destination, it included a 20-year old boy to give us a lift in his mums car (that's how helpful they are😊).

The place we stay at is beautiful, our host Cynthia is lovely and the dogs name is POLKA 😊 -thank you couchsurfing.org 😉

We have done miles of walking in the city, which we find lively and load... Full of spicy food -we don't think they serve anything without chillie in this country 😊 if you find something in this country that looks like pesto we dare you to take a spoon of it -it's called habanero.

All is going well so far and we are looking forwards to see more
