Day 52 - Party on in Dawson City

It rained most of the night and was still raining this morning, so we were very glad we did the walking tour last night. While the rest of the gang toured the town today I decided I needed to stay home and rest. Joe took awesome pictures of the city and everyone seemed to enjoy their walks about town. After dinner we all went to Diamond Tooth Gerties to do some gambling and watch the dancing girls show. Ron was picked to go on stage and dance with the "girls". His reward was a garter he had to take off one of the girls leg.. It was a total riot to watch. When we came out of the show at 9:30 pm we were literally blinded by the bright sunlight. Sunset was a little before 1:00 am with sunrise at 3:35. It's hard to get used to 22 hours of sunlight. Thank goodness for the dark masks we all bought so we can sleep.
