Easter Sunday! We are back at our home in Saskatoon. We were up bright and early so that we could head to Linda's parents in Langham. There, we feasted on a delicious lunch with a lot of Linda´s family present, 14 to be exact. Tyler is trading this 10 year old stock trailer with living quarters in for a new one. We are taking it to Cannon Falls, Minnesota 18 hours away.

We had some time to waste so we drove 30 minutes to the Mall of America. This is a sky line view of Minneapolis.

The deal is complete and we head back to Saskatchewan. Both Linda and Maurice shared the driving.

We had a garage party in honor of Maurice's birthday. Many family members and friends came for burgers and beer throughout the evening.

The calves await the upcoming procedures. We processed 275 calves in 6 hours.

The ropers quietly and gently rope the hind legs and drag the calves about 30 feet.

Bennett watches and waits wishing he could join the activities. Kim kept a close eye on him since he could climb through the fence. Bennett has no fear.

Lots of hands get the 8 procedures done in about 30 seconds. Linda was administering a vaccine.

The cows and calves are released to pasture. The calves pair up with their bawling moms and off they go. A big job done.

We enjoyed a fabulous dinner. Chicago was fantastic! The performers were top notch!

We shopped till we almost dropped. So much to see and do in the West Edmonton Mall.

Relatives of Aunt Sophia joined us for Sunday morning brunch. Fresh juice, lots of good coffee and lots of elaborate, tasty dishes.
