Preparing the House

We have spent the day setting up our newly finished basement - it looks so comfortable. We are also working on redoing our living room as all of our old furniture went downstairs. We got a new couch delivered today. Now for chairs, rug, tables, lamps, etc. Funny to think that we are doing this all for the renters of our house. We will only enjoy it for ten months and then be away from it for 14 months! Crazy.

On another note, we are getting excited about our time in SW USA. We have five weeks to travel from San Francisco to San Diego. There are so many options - Grand Canyon, Yosemite, Las Vegas...a little overwhelming and it is only one country! If anyone has a list of must-sees, please let me know.
