This morning we rolled one hour up the highway to South Indian Lake, a very isolated northern community which can be reached only by ferry. We loaded the suv and van onto what could only be described as an air craft carrier on water. It was operated entirely by two men and two cables. A unique experience. Tomorrow we travel to Lynn Lake for another night at a B&B.
