Thanks eveyone for the comments and messages.
Well, we spent our first day in Vancouver at Capilano suspension bridge and Stanley Park.
The world famous Capilano suspension bridge was built by a Scotsman in the 1800's and has been replaced a few times since then and has a very colorful history. There are pictures of tourists travelling to the bridge in the 1910's.
There were also boardwalks amongst the tree tops and lots of things to learn about the local environment.
we then spent 4 hours walking through stanley Park - a fantastic open space natural wonderland right amonst the city.
A freak storm hit Vancouver in November 2006 so there is lots of fallen trees.
Spent the night at the street party and booking car hire and accommodation for LA.
We will try and see Leno in Burbank on 1 April - Michael Caine and Dennis Rodman will be the guests.
