What to pack?

We have been moving all of our belongings into our parent's house and have discovered it is hard to pack for a trip to Europe with all of our belongings in boxes.

We are also trying to keep our bags as light as possible, so we don't have to pay through the nose for extra kilo's when flying with Ryan Air.

Does anyone have any packing tips/lists of things to bring, so we can leave with no regrets?

Pack lots of balloons of helium, so the bags will weigh last.... plus balloons = fun anyways :)
