I was an engineer on a long term assignment, first in Dubai and then in Qatar. During this time, I took advantage of my nice paycheck and proximity to other places to start seeing the world. I never went there
I never went to Al Hamra when I was in Oman. But now that I see you pictures and read about it I wish I had. Thatnks for writing about that wonderful place. /Ake

I wish I would have gone years ago. It is a gorgeous area. I also need to visit Jebel Shams nearby. So many things to see here!
