We caught the 10am ferry from Dunkirk and were greeted in Dover with high winds and driving rain. Fortunately, by the time we arrived home in mid afternoon the weather had cleared up.
Travelling partly on our own and partly with a group of friends from the Murvi Club has been excellent on this trip. What will remain in the memory will be the beautiful German rivers and towns we have seen and the excellent position of the stellplatze (camper stops) we have stayed on. We drove 2,400 miles.
