Thursday 25th July, 2013. At Sea, Crossing the Irish Sea to Dublin Bay.

The weather was OK for our first sea day with a little cloud cover and watery sunshine. M went to the Art Class where she painted a mountain scene using birthday candles to protect the paper from the watercolour paints and create a snow effect. D went to the lectures.

We then sat out on the pool decks and read our books for a few hours. The Oriana has 3 pools and a few hot tubs. We ate lunch in the dining room.

We joined our dining companions for dinner. We were already one down. The other single guy had met up with some people he already knew from another cruise and had moved tables. Now we were 5. Dinner was good. M had French Onion soup followed by Sirloin Steak and D enjoyed Garlic Fried Chicken Livers followed by Gressingham Goose Roasted Two Ways.
