Good Morning Folks!

It is going to be a busy day at PFH ! After breakfast, off to grocery shop at Lidl and Sainsbury with Sally and then lunch. In the afternoon, we both volunteer our time at the COMMUNITY SHOP in Sproughton ! We come back to Poplar Farm House and relax and eat a bite before we go out with Sheri and the girls. Around 12 of us are all heading to Jimmy's Farm to see ( The Red Rose Chain Theater Company) Play with music in the Forest : A Midsummer Night's Dream. It will be wonderful! 😊 😉

Hello, welcome back! Pull up a chair and I will wait till you make yourself a cup of coffee,tea or ice tea. Ready yet? Ah good! Sally and I had a nice lunch and then went down to the Community Shop. It was a lot of fun! We talked to David, another volunteer and worked at the till( cash register)and were friendly to customers for three hours. I made change for folks at the till, it takes me a few minute to remember I am not using dollars or cents. 😊 Sally and I would occasionally check and straighten up the shelves but I had fun hanging out with Sally and other people. The shop closed at 5 pm and then we drove home to PFH and ate a little dinner before going out, again. At around 6:30 pm, we all headed up to the Farm which did not take us too long . Everybody found their seats and we talked and waited until the play started. A Midsummer Night's Dream began at 7:30 pm and ran till 10:15 pm with a 20 minute intermission. Amazing and fun! Great actors and actresses and costumes! The music was wonderful! We finally arrived back home around 10:45 pm, I am ready for bed! GOODNIGHT one and all!
