1: speaking baby 106 secs
Hi there from Esther, Sean and Avalon,
Guess technically we're not travelling anymore, it was a shock to realise that next month we'll have been settled two whole years in England, but then babies will do that to you... Avalon's doing great, 17 months next week (my birthday!), words she can say include 'high chair', 'woof woof', 'stickers' and 'Obama'! The autumn is now upon us - in England the change of seasons can be difficult to detect - it means even more rain, we bought the baby her first galoshes today but she isn't too keen as yet.
We are still travelling locally of course, we took Avalon over to the Isle of Wight, down to the secret cave of the medieval Knights Templar in nearby Royston, while Sean and friend Mark have been visiting obsolete nuclear launch sites in the next county over. Sometimes we even go to Stevenage! Anyway, hope to be making the trip back over to California in '09, plus Italy too... Hope everyone is doing well, we miss you
