Hey guys,
Its been a whirl wind of 36 hours. We got the tube to our hostel... but got sort of lost after getting off. So we walked around and someone stopped us and gave us directions, then not 2 minutes later a guys comes up to us and gives us a map book of london! It is known as the bible.
We have checked into our hostel. breakfast is included to our happy surprise, we are in a room with 6 other people, havn't seen or met any of them yet. For today we have got a baguette and a pot of jam and we are going to find a park to have a picnic in. when we get a knife, we will add cheese to this meal i'm sure. Tonight I think I'm going to take Dan to a pub for gammon, my favourite british meal.
So ya, everything is good. Little overwhelming, however its nice to have the both of us to reassure eachother. Everything is quite nice, and its frickin hot out here... really muggy, hit us like a bomb. but we have changed and are in a cheap and air conditioned internet cafe which gives us 45 minutes for 50 pence, not too shabby.
anyways, hope you are all well... though seeing as you are all just probably getting up, it hasn't been to long since we've left you. It seems a lot longer for us though, 1 or 2 hours on the plane for me... i don't think dan fell asleep at all. No, he is shaking his head that he didn't. Oh well, it will be an early night tonight and then wake up fresh tomorrow.
