We left Porlock this morning with a few drops of light rain but this stopped pretty soon. It was a really nice ride on the A358 through the Quantock Hills to Taunton, this a good road for bikes. Then across to the A303. Mostly we went fast on the A303, it still has a few bottlenecks, but equally some nice riding and great scenery across the Salisbury Plain. I did contemplate stopping at Stonehenge, but it was heaving with tourists. So instead of pictures, here are some links.

Going fast was good. Almost exactly 4 hours after leaving Porlock we arrived home.
