Ha! Apparently Stockholm in Sweden is the place for the beautiful people - well they made an exception for Lib, Helen and I (Alison). Some quick tips for future travellers...

1. Bus 47 goes everywhere - get on that and pray
2. Herring is a delicacy... to be missed (unless you are a cat and capable of digesting tiny bones)
3. Meatballs are a delicacy you cannot find on our plate next to the potatoes (see photo)
4. They feed you soo many potatoes, so as to ensure you cannot fit through their most narrow street - only 90cm wide! (see photo)
5. Ferry trips to the archipelago in the Baltic are great when not suffering from a bad herring experience
6. Every Australian club should introduce blackjack tables
7. Lib fell in love with cinnamon scrolls and swears they are better than the ones back home
8. Arriving 20 seconds before the Stansted Express departs is not enough time to board the train leisurelly and injury follows jumping onto a moving train
9. Warning - you must leave a hydrogen peroxide contact solution to breathe overnight before spraying directly onto your eye as it is not equivalent to a saline solution. Anyone know of a good eye specialist in London for Alison?
