Its a tradition for the vanhojen tanssi students in the southern finnish schools to go on a cruise to stockholm, sweden after their dance! Ours was this weekend! We all met up at the Turku harbor in the Viking line building at 7:30 pm ish. Tom iska drove me and we picked up Aikka and his dad Jari (our chaparone) on the way. We boarded the boat at 8 and left soon after. It was a HUGE boat! (well everyone says it was a small one, but it was HUGE to me!!! 9 or 11 stories, two discos, many restaurants, 6 shops, a theatre, and many bars) I was staying in a cabin with Maiju, Saija, Lotta, and Aikka. Our cabin was on the 6th floor and had four fold down beds and a bathroom. We went there first and hung out for a while. I didnt even know the boat was moving until an hour after we had left when Aikki and Aapo took me up to the 9th story deck and I ran outside to see where we were! It was FREEZING, but awesome! Everyone started partying soon after that. We all went to "TAX FREE" this shop where everyone buys alcohol and chocolate for very cheep, (well tax free) prices because we leave the EU while were on the water! We were all over the boat, in Routilla's suite, dancing in the disco, and smashed up against the stage where the famous singing star, Paula Kovuniemi was performing! There were at least 75 kids from school, so it was a TON of fun meeting them all over the place and hanging out! I fell asleep at 4am.

The next morning we arrived in Stockholm at 7am and took a taxi to the Scandic hotel, where we ate breakfast then Lotta, Saija, Maiju and I slept until 1pm! We toured the city after that, visiting old town and seeing the changing of the guards! It was a beautiful city, boats everywhere, and REALLY well dressed people! I took many pictures of all the architectural stuff! 😊 The old town was really neat, with narrow cobble stone roads and little tourist shops! At 6 we all met up and started walking back to the boat! We got on again at 7ish and hung out and partied all night. I fell asleep at 5 and we arrived at 6am!!! (it
