In spain their are many big families. Everybody consider each other family. This helps with their social and financial network. If anyone need support financially or just socially everybody was there for each other. In Spain they have speaking manners. Everyone had a different way the greeted people. Women greeted people by kissing each other on the cheek. Men shook each other hand firmly.

In spain they do most of their business work with colleagues at work. They would build relationships with them and would help each other out with work. In spain they believe you should be involve with multiple groups. Spain women use to have to be nuns, wives, and men order them to live out in urban neighborhoods.
