Day 36 9/5/12 San Xulian- Arzua 26km (Noisy kids room)

Up and had breakfast and on the road by 8.30...It was a beautiful day the sun was shining....Still seem to be avoiding the big crowds altho every now and again the bars are busy and the roads get crowded but we just walk a bit faster and get ahead....We are quite amused by them trying to avoid the water and mud in their new shoes...they all have small packs and looking very clean and tidy....so they are pretty easy to spot....

We have walked through gum trees most of the day I feel like I am home except for the running water everywhere...

We stopped and took of our shoes and soxs and put our feet in a little river on the side of the road.....something I have been wanting to do for a long time.....it was very cold but felt great....a group of kids dressed in red and white who were on a soccer weekend went pass...the 3 Irish guys went pass and took a photo of Jacqui's toes....she has one foot with orange toenail polish and the other purple...it amused them

The two Aussie sisters Carol and Margaret all so passed us...every one thought it was a good idea but no one would join us...

It was an uneventful day....just enjoying the sunshine....


The albergue was large and quite new and the room had about 20 bunks in it..by the end of the night it was full....Thomas from Germany has just come in...The group of school kids have all so arrived but they have been put up stairs as they were being typical teenagers and being very noisy

Went and made use of the washing machines then went out...saw Thomas and went and had a beer then went for a walk around town....on the way back saw James and Ange and the 3 Irish guys so we joined them....ended up having tea with James and Ange then went back to the room

Got our clothes sorted from the dryer and decided to go on the internet...which happens to be in the same room as the kids watching obviously a important game to them....I had problems with the computer and the noise was so loud I couldn't talk to Jacqui so I decided to go to bed....Jacqui spent a bit longer...she wasn't far behind me think it got to noisy....

Had a lousy sleep the room was so hot and stuffy ....
