hi everyone as we can see we are in A coruna in spain and the weather is once again being very kind to us although we had a little bit of rain this morning, most amazing for a change but it didnt stop us from getting out and about. have checked out the beaches, shops and the eateries most of which have octopus boiling in large saucepans, pete is in heaven and i am most definately not! however i am managing to tolerate him partaking of seafood, we have to sit at separate tables though! not really. we are loving the whole idea of tapas which is food kept on the bar and allows you to have little bits of lots of local fair, very nice along with the gorgeous red wine they have here, yum yum. we have checked out most of the local attractions, oldest working lighthouse in europe, very interesting beach walks with local sculpture all the way around, planitarium, parks etc very nice place with loads of friendly people. we are off tomorrow to vigo just above portigal for a few nights. hope you are all surviving the winter, we hear on the sky news that it has been terrible there again! take care trace and pete
