I have to hand it to American Airlines and their Partner Iberia Airlines, they got us to Spain 15 minutes EARLY! The long Transatlantic Leg of the trip from Chicago to Madrid on Iberia was so spacious and pleasant, even though it took 8 hours. The plane was only about half full, and the food was delicious. Our friend Mark Tuilett was so kind to pick us up in Barcelona and bring us to his Holiday rental in Vilanova i la Geltru. We were so tired we crashed after seeing the Med. from Mark's 7th Floor rooftop. Blue Blue Blue just like I remembered.
