"Buenos Dias! Como esta usted? "

Good Morning? How are you?

Welcome Back! A bit of broken Spanish here and there. Today was windy and a bit chilly! Sally got up earlier and I woke up about 9:30 am . It was so cold that we put a bath robe on and ate some breakfast. By 10:15 am , everyone else was awake and we just talked while others started their breakfast. After everybody had eaten their breakfast, I started writing my blog and Sally began a Felt Workshop for the kids and myself. Ella made a beautiful blue fish and I am making a friend for Bruno. About a half an hour later, a few of us walked down to the lake which is very low at this time. The kids were on the paddle board for awhile but the water was "choppy" ! It's very beautiful, peaceful and just amazing views. For the next few hours, we just relaxed and played a great game of JENGA on the veranda.

Then later, Henry and I made a short excursion to the town of: MONTAMARTA which is a small "rustic" village about 15 minutes away. Henry visited the town and a did a few errands as well. We went to the small grocery store (supermercado) and walked around a historic and old Church. After relaxing some more, all of us went to have nibbles and snacks at the ENCOMIENDA. We ate Gambas( Shrimp) and Spanish Omelette . Wonderful to be there again but very windy and cool. Waiting for the anticipation of a special dinner made by Henry : Spanish Paella. After Dinner, all of us played three games of Banana Grams. Finally went to bed around 11:30 pm. Good Night!! 😊
