Today the class went to the city of Cordoba. The city is really old and has a lot of history because it has fallen under the rule of so many different nations. The highlight of the trip was definately the Muslim Mosque. The Mosque was left when the christians re gained the city and instead of destroying the Mosque, they kept it for its beauty and built a Catholic cathedral inside of the Mosque. The cathedral is amazingly huge and contains some of the most amazing architecture and design I have ever seen. The attached pictures are all from inside the cathedral.
