Coot number 350If you are ever lucky enough to spot a bird with a coloured neck collar or a series of coloured leg rings you should record as much info as you can, left or right leg, the colours and if possible a number/ letter and the colour of the writing. Then report it to the national birdiing organisation, or failing that, to the BTO.
