The Alps
After I was finished touring the concentration camp, I turned to walk back and saw this beautiful gleam of sunlight on the mountain side.

Ground rules
We met the instructors Thursday night at dinner. But now were getting the ground rules. (The instructor Mitch, went to Woodland Jr High in Fayetteville for 2 years, while his father finished his PhD at the U of A)

Ans initiative when you have to put your feet in a circle and support your group members are you stand up and sit down 3 times.

The Log
Here we are doing "the log." Everyone stands on the log and must rearrange is a certain order without touching the ground.

Corp Ladder
On this element, 1 team member stands on on beam while the others hoist her/him up 1 meter, then he/she steps to the next beam and repeat until the participant is at the final platform and rings the bell.

Upper Platform
From here you can choose to take many differnet paths of challenges. (tires, swinging bridge, rope bridge etc...)

The team pulls you up, the instructor yells "PULL," you pull the release rope, and off you go. Claire screamed REALLY loud!
