Saturday May 23rd..Today we travelled Northwest to Sighisoara by a dirty old rambling train with lots of character. Blackened, rotting factory shells litter this one time industrial town. Throughout the communist period, carbon black factories spewed out soot all year until 1993. Lead levels in factories often broke 1000 times the acceptable level and the town reported the highest infant mortality rates in Europe.

Romanian Wedding and your lack of ....
Now what is this about not having a cultural dance that everyone knows to do automatically at a wedding???? The chicken dance has roots WAY back as far as I can tell. And they probably came from some polka-dancing Germans I would bet...rats!!
