After a VERY long trip, including 4 different planes, 5 different airports and almost 30 sleepless hours, we made it to Poland from Australia and were happily greeted by Mario’s parents. I think I am pretty brave but it really was delicious - slow cooked for 4 hours, very tender. Potatos were also delicious!
