We travelled to Łódź because we wanted to see a smaller city in Poland. I also couldn't miss Łódź because it is David Lynch's favorite city, there is an active modern art scene, strong film roots, a Hollywood style walk of fame, old looming textile factories and so much more. This bar remains relatively unchanged since communist times and also a local hangout for the 'alternative' crowd. the barstaff didn't speak english but they were definitely making fun of us because we only ordered soda.

Apartment for rent on Łódź
My friend has a lovely self catering apartment in Łódź now, just put 'Slattery's Lodz' in google and it'll come up. It's good value, clean, and in the perfact place for sampling all that Łódź has to offer. I went there last Summer with my two children and we had a really lovely time. Enjoy!
