But today was Muiden Castle Day...about 15 kilometers southeast of Amsterdam...Went with the train...I love the train systems in Europe...
Muiden is a beautiful village and the castle with its mote and its falconers corner was very picturesque. I highly suggest spending a day there...The falcons and the owls were amazing!!!The village is very quaint and had lovely cafes by the canals and the river (Vecht river)...
Tha castle itself has a tavern with a great selection of beers...
I am back in Amsterdam...Tonight is my last night here... I will rest a little and then head out for a little night stroll...
