At the most beautiful part of the city of Herceg-Novi, Montenegro, we rent three rooms and three studio-apartments placed in our house.

Our apartments for rent comprise of:
- One double bed apartment (Apartment No.1)
- Two three bed apartments (Apartments No. 2 and No. 3)

Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom.
All three apartments are in excellent state. Air-condition, TV, View to the sea. Apartments have one shared large terrace with individual tables and chairs for each apartment.
Our accommodation is regularly registered and categorized with two stars.
Supply of fresh water is constant regardless of eventual water restrictions


Rooms for rent comprise of:
- Two double bed rooms (Rooms No.1 and No.3)
- One three bed room (Room No. 2)
- Kitchen
- Bathroom with toilette
- Toilette

Three rooms share one kitchen, bathroom and toilette.
Rooms are positioned on a separated floor of the private house with own entrance. With such characteristics the whole space (floor) could also be rented as a three room apartment.
All rooms are in excellent concidion, air-conditioned, individual balconies and beautiful view to the sea.
Cleaning of bathroom and toilette is performed every day.
Our accommodation is regularly registered and categorized with two stars.
Supply of fresh water is constant regardless of eventual water restrictions

From our apartments one can easily and quickly reach main localities in and around the city.
• Nearest beach and the seaside promenade - less than 5 min. walk
• City centre - less than 10 min. walk
• City marina ‘’Skver’’ - 10 min. walk
• Igalo town - around 15 min. walk
