Spent 2 weeks in Italy at different times & places with my family & friends. I LOVE Italian food - the variety in the various regions is awesome. Plus a bit of sightseeing to walk off the calories.

Hong & I signed up for a pasta making class. Great fun, and here were the random shapes we came up with (filled with spinach and buffalo ricotta).
